Integration that delivers business outcomes

We believe integration is too often viewed as a technical challenge and passed on to IT teams that would rather be working on more exciting projects. The fact is, integration is really a business challenge, dealing with unique processes that require a combination of business ‘savviness’ and technical expertise to deliver on the desired outcomes.

We have the integration experts

Day in and day out, our team deal with a range of industries, systems, formats and technologies to deliver quality integrations that can cater for any business challenge.

We have full control over our platform

We have built and optimised our platform over many years to intuitively deal with all integration scenarios. Don't be limited by third-party tools or custom-built integrations. It's our system, which means if you have any left-field requirements, we can cater for them. And it's all backed with 24/7 monitoring and support.

Requirements Gathering

Our team work through your requirements with you and other key stakeholders such as your trading partners, subcontractors, and IT providers/consultants, to understand what integration solution would work best for your business. This may involve reviewing your system and its data to ensure we've considered everything.

Whether it's PDF reading that you're after, simple data mapping or you have special business rules that need to be taken into account, we have you covered.

Setup & Mapping

Once we understand your requirements, our integration experts get to work on developing the integration using our powerful integration platform, factoring in you and your trading partner's specific business rules to ensure the integration will work best for you.

Testing & Go-live

Crossfire uses a testing framework to ensure testing is comprehensive and the integration will work smoothly once it's live. No matter if we're integrating your internal systems, or integrating your systems with your trading partners or other third parties, we understand what scenarios need to be tested.

Once testing has been signed off by all parties involved, a go-live date is agreed upon. We then move the integration to our live environment and closely monitor the data passing between systems to ensure any issues can be resolved quickly.

Monitoring

If data is missing or incorrect, issues can arise. Crossfire has a 24/7 message monitoring system that raises alerts and notifications if problems occur.

Crossfire's system also has connectivity and server monitoring in place to ensure if any connections with a system or a connectivity method like an AS2 or SFTP go down, we are notified and can notify you in turn. If unexpected high-volumes of data are processed through the Crossfire platform at any given time, we have a process that can queue messages and alerts the team to resolve this.

Support and Issue Resolution

Crossfire has a dedicated, in-house support team that you can contact via phone and email. You'll often be dealing with the person that worked on your integration if any issues arise.

Crossfire has error management processes in place that alerts our team if anything happens, allowing us to often resolve issues before our customers are even aware that they've occurred. This allows you to have the confidence that if your staff are away or are dealing with other priorities, Crossfire has you covered.

Hosting

All our services are hosted on scalable AWS services, meaning that hosting isn't something you need to concern yourself with as part of your integration solution. AWS offers performance, redundancy, and security with 99.9% up-time.

We have a range of options from our high-value SaaS offering through to Enterprise offerings with dedicated tenancy to meet security requirements and provide dedicated resources with 100% up-time.

FAQs

What systems does Crossfire integrate with?

Crossfire has developed integrations with a number of global ERP, IMS, CRM, and Accounting systems. Crossfire works with new systems all the time, and has a team of developers that can develop any API or connect to new system databases.

In some cases Crossfire doesn’t need to connect directly to systems, as they can use FTP/S, FTP, AS2, HTTPS, or any other forms of connectivity.

You can view all existing system integrations on the Crossfire website here.

Crossfire offers standard pricing, typically this involves a one-off setup cost and an ongoing monthly cost per connection.

Every business Crossfire works with is different, in terms of their internal business processes and how they use their systems and want data managed. Depending on the needs of the businesses Crossfire works with, rules/logic can be interwoven into the integration to further streamline processes that standard EDI wouldn’t be able to achieve.

Yes, we have developed our own integration platform which we use to deliver and manage integrations. However, our clients generally have no need to access the product themselves as our fully managed service takes care of the end-to-end integration process. This allows us to quickly and cost-effectively tailor solutions to any business problem and then back it up with 24/7 monitoring and support.
