Bruce is one of the founders of Sandfield. Originally qualified as an Accountant, Bruce recognised that good systems make good companies and gravitated towards IT as the most effective way of making a difference. Enjoying challenges seeps into his personal life working on the family’s Conservation project and supporting Climate Change initiatives.

Jonathan Clarke has more than 25 years’ experience working in the IT industry and is involved with On Account, IT Ops, Security, and many customer relationships at Sandfield. He is passionate about UX/UI and relishes the challenge of making the complex simple. He enjoys family time outdoors and tinkering with IoT devices and home automation.

Matthew Keith has been at Sandfield for over 20 years and currently looks after our biggest client, Mainfreight. Matt has developed many Sandfield systems that are still operating today and takes pride in the partnerships we have with clients. When not at work, Matt can be found on the sideline of his children’s sports games or out on the water.

Carl Millar leads the Edge custom development team, helping our clients bring their innovative ideas to life. When not delivering innovation to our customers, Carl can be found deep in conversation about Rugby, setting traps for Predator Free New Zealand or enjoying time with his children.

Alan Dowsett heads up Origin, our supply chain team. While his coding skills no longer cut the mustard, Alan’s team are delivering game-changing software for some of Australasia's largest logistics companies. When not talking supply chain, Alan can be found playing golf or hanging out with his family on the North Shore beaches.

Nicola Young has been looking after People and Talent Team at Sandfield for the past nine years and is passionate about supporting a talented and creative team to maintain a collaborative high-performance culture. When not supporting the Sandfield team, Nicola can be found cooking and spending time in nature, gardening and taking her dogs for walks...

Henry Payne leads the Crossfire team of integration experts. His depth of experience has been built over the past 17 years with the company, working with customers across the globe. When not integrating systems, Henry can be found exploring a range of outdoor pursuits with his family, including fishing, snow skiing and cycling.
