As well as being built on up-to-date technology platforms, Sandfield is ISO 27001 certified, ensuring we follow best practice in securing our software and your data. We also conduct frequent PEN testing to detect and address potential vulnerablilties. Our regular system updates ensure we apply the latest security patches.

What resources are available to support my team?

We understand that without in depth training and documentation, getting to grips with a new system or inducting a new team member can be time consuming. As part of your migration project, we adopt a train the trainer system where your key users or testers become skilled at using OnAccount and are then able to support other users. You’ll also have access to our knowledge base, which houses detailed standard user documentation, tips and tricks, and FAQs.
