On Ticket

Simplifying Airline Ticketing

On Ticket is a completely self-contained airline ticketing software system that allows ticketing consolidators to quickly and accurately issue tickets on the Central Reservations Systems (CRS), such as Galileo and Amadeus, without needing to use the CRS directly.

On Ticket interfaces with Sandfield's financial management solution, On Account, to support the complex financial and accounting requirements of airline ticket issuance.

On Ticket accesses and updates core data elements from the CRS, meaning information (such as the taxes for every airport in the world) is always up-to-date. On Ticket works interactively with the CRS and operates asynchronously - it can make multiple requests of the CRS at the same time.

Ticketing requests from retail outlets are queued electronically, and can be sorted by departure date or by date the request was entered. Ticketing staff with capacity to do more can easily uplift files electronically from team members who are busy.

" They have a good understanding of our business needs and the way that we work. They come up with stuff that I haven't even thought of being possible, because they come from an outside perspective."
Carrie McFarlane, Ticket Centre
