Sandfield's relationship with Interislander began in 2002 with the development of an online booking system to enhance its service to both passengers and travel agents. The system extended into their call centre, creating immediate efficiencies and providing significant cost savings.
Ultimately, Sandfield developed an integrated back end operational system which has resulted in a lower total cost of ownership, increased productivity by automating manual processes, and decreased the time and cost for each customer interaction.
