Improved customer service and reduced supply costs are important drivers when goods are moved through a supply chain.  Of critical importance to a supply chain information system is its architecture.  We believe that flexibility, reliability and robustness are paramount.  Such attributes ensure that as the supply chain evolves, so can the system.

One of the key elements of a successful supply chain system is visibility - each link in the chain must be able to access relevant information on a real time basis, across a range of information devices, often from many different locations. 

Many of our supply chain software systems include control panels and dashboards which represent role-based information, so a user sees exactly what is important to him or her.  Automated notifications of events within the supply chain, often based on exceptions, ensure nothing is missed.
